Global Visitors Programme

The programme organizes meetings between visitors from Official Development Assistance (ODA)-recipient countries with a direct understanding of global challenges and individual Cambridge researchers, allowing focussed discussions about addressing such challenges.

If you would like a Global Visitor that you are hosting at Cambridge to meet other colleagues from the Cambridge global challenges community, please contact coordinator@gci.cam.ac.uk.

The programme led by Cambridge Global Challenges has had a key role in the strategy that our University is establishing to tackle regional development and environmental issues such as drought periods, heavy rains, soil, coastal erosion and cyclones and it was already led to the design of a joint project with colleagues at Cambridge on microbial and electrochemical energy production systems.”
