International Development Research @ Cambridge

LSE Careers' International Organisations Day (IOD) brings together representatives from international organisations to offer you an insight into what they do, how they are structured and recruit, and what they look for in applicants.

Each organisation (including World Bank, UNDP, Asian Development Bank) will give two presentations, each followed by a Q&A session, as well as being available to answer questions throughout the day at their own stands. IOD is an opportunity to find out whether a career within an international organisation is right for you.

Please note the event is open to postgraduate students only.

Cambridge has been allocated 100 tickets; if these run out please let Amanda Norman (amandanorman@careers.cam.ac.uk, Careers Adviser at the University of Cambridge Careers Service) know.

Please purchase your ticket here.

For anyone who missed the LSE International Organisations Day the talks are now live. Some organisations who presented have not given permission for their talk to be made live so, unfortunately the list is not complete but includes: Asian Development Bank, European Union, European Bank for Reconstruction , International Monetary Fund, UN Secretariat, UN Volunteers, World Bank, World Health Organisation and World Food Programme.

Date:
Saturday, 11 November, 2017 - 08:00 to 18:00
Event location:
London School of Economics and Political Science
