Dr Abah has received widespread praise for leading efforts to implement far-reaching public sector reforms in Nigeria. In this lecture he will share insights on what he and his colleagues were able to achieve and how they were able to do so; and will reflect on where further improvements can be made.

Dr. Joe Abah is the Former Director General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms, The Presidency, Nigeria (2013-2017) and Visiting Lecturer at the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance.
