An opportunity to hear from a speaker from the United Nations: Eva Marie Jansen, Human Resources Officer in the Outreach Unit of the Office of Human Resources Management.

The event will cover:

  • An overview of the work of the UN
  • What the UN looks for
  • Ways to get into the UN - internships, country exams, young professionals programmes, applying for different levels of jobs
  • There will also be an opportunity to ask questions

Working for the UN is likely to be a mid-career option rather than an immediate possibility for first degree graduates. This session will help you plan your path to the UN in a few years time.
